Lab: Managing Environments with Dialogflow.

Course Overview

In this course you'll learn how to create, deploy, secure, debug, and manage virtual agents (also known as Voice Bots or Chat Bots). Gone are the bots of the past which intepreted inquiries incorrectly or couldn't maintain context within a conversation. 


Google's Contact Center Artificial Intelligence (Contact Center AI) platform provides all the tools, services, and APIs you'll need to build your virtual agent so you can hold intelligent conversations with customers reaching out to you for assistance.


Module Objectives

In this lab, you'll explore the managing Dialogflow environments. By the end of this lab, you will be able to:


Create versions of your virtual agent.

Create environments where your virtual agent will be published.

Load a saved version of your virtual agent to an environment.

Change which version is loaded to an environment.

Note: There are two sets of instructions, one for Dialogflow ES and one for Dialogflow CX. If you're not sure which tool you'll use, we recommend doing both sections of the lab.
